I had the pleasure of stumbling across the website for The Sketchbook Project: 2011. It looks so fun and interesting... the kind of thing that will cause you to produce sketches you never would have otherwise. I kind of want to add it to my plate, although said plate is more like a turkey platter currently. If anyone has participated in this before I'd love your comments!
